Use our online live quoting system to plan and estimate the cost of your items for the day. After submitting your order form, expect a response within 3 business days. We will provide a formal quote based on your preferences and any additional requests you made in the quote request form.

If you decide to proceed with the order, we will email you an invoice requesting a 25% deposit to secure your booking and add you to our schedule. Closer to your event, you will receive a design checklist and your design start date. This checklist includes essential details and forms the foundation for the design process.

You will receive an email to review your invoice and make any necessary changes. Provide information about seating chart arrangements if ordered, enabling us to create the correct Excel document for your convenience.

You will get an email with your design checklist that covers all aspects of the designs (colours, shapes, layout and overall designs) as well as the Excel document for orders involving seating charts, place cards, personalised menus, or any items requiring guest names.

Design work commences. You will receive a clear outline of the final design approval deadline to ensure your on-the-day items are ready for collection or postage by your preferred date.

Within the timeline outlined to you the design process unfolds. Expect your initial artwork proof within 48 hours. Enjoy two rounds of revisions after the initial design to perfect the details for your special day.

Once you approve the final design, we will begin the print and production process, eagerly anticipating the final result. At this stage, no further changes can be made, and your final payment will be due.

Upon completion, we meticulously check, count, wrap, and lovingly package your on-the-day details. You will be promptly notified when they are ready for collection or prepared for postage.
