  • Large Signage - PVC 6mm

We prefer utilising 6mm PVC board for large signage due to its outstanding durability and resilience, surpassing the commonly used 3/5mm foamboard used by many other suppliers. Our approach involves wrapping the PVC boards with high-quality laminated vinyl sheets, ensuring a vibrant and consistent CMYK print in any colour. This process contributes to creating a stunning and professional printed finish for your large-scale signage.

  • What does GSM mean?

GSM, or grams per square meter, determines the thickness and weight of cardstock. Our premium cardstocks range from 270 to 360 GSM, exceeding industry standards. We also offer the option to duplex cardstocks, creating a thicker sheet for a luxurious look and feel.

  • Acrylic vs. PVC

Acrylic and PVC differ in colour options, with acrylic offering predetermined colours and PVC allowing customisation during the manufacturing process. PVC provides a broader range of colour choices for personalized applications.

  • Matching cardstock items (like invites and menus) to acrylic and PVC signage.

While achieving a 100% colour match may be challenging due to differences in texture and material, we prioritise ensuring all elements work harmoniously together. Our suppliers offer suggestions for close print matches, recognising potential variations.

  • RGB vs. CMYK

Screens use RGB, while our printing system uses CMYK. Subtle colour variations may occur between what you see on screen and the final printed product. Our experienced team strives for accurate colour reproduction, though absolute precision may be challenging due to inherent differences. Rest assured; we are dedicated to delivering the best possible results.
